Megan Hester
FOUNDER & CEO OF SAFE SOLUTIONS SENIOR PLACEMENT
At the age of 8 years old, I began learning and interacting with people that were diagnosed with Dementia. I would accompany my mother to the Memory Care Unit in a Nursing Home where she played games with them, helped them eat, sit and just be a companion. After years of interacting with seniors, I knew this is what I was meant to do.
I started my career working for several large Assisted Living Communities as a Caregiver, receptionist, and personal care giver. Although fulfilling, I realized I wanted to work in a smaller scale Assisted Living program to be able to provide one-on-one care. This led me to a Memory Care Home where I served as the Community Relations Director. Today, I remain passionated about serving seniors and I look forward to learning more about your specific needs.
